“I used Neo Protek on a wall that consistently had ‘Shor’ (efflorescence/white salt) coming out of it. Regular primers failed every year. This primer created a dense, waterproof shield that has held the topcoat perfectly for two seasons now. It’s significantly thicker than standard primers and has a ‘bite’ that sticks even to slightly damp surfaces. If you have any dampness issues, don’t even think about a regular primer—go straight for Neo Protek.”
