Refund & Return Policy

Strict Policy Overview:

We only provide Refund or Return in case the product is manufacturing defective.

Non-Eligible Cases (No Refund / No Return):

• Product damaged during transport
• Packaging is opened, used, or tampered
• Wrong color, quantity, or product selected by customer
• Any physical damage after delivery
• Storage or handling issues at customer end

Eligible Case (Refund / Return Allowed):

• Product is technically defective (manufacturing defect)
• Issue is verified by our technical team

Proof Required for Defective Product:

• Clear photos of product + batch number
• Video proof showing the defect (application / consistency issue)

Note: Without proper proof, request will not be accepted.

Verification Process:

• Technical team will review the evidence
• If defect is confirmed → refund will be approved
• If not → request will be rejected

Refund Processing:

• Refund credited to original payment method
• Processed within 24 hours of approval
• Email confirmation will be sent

Return Policy:

• Returns are NOT accepted generally
• Allowed only if product is defective and approved

Shipping Policy

• Delivery Time: 7–10 working days after order confirmation
• Coverage: Selected locations only
