1. Refund & Return Policy

Non-Refundable Products

We strictly do not offer refunds or returns on any of our paint products unless they are found to be defective. We urge our customers to review their orders (colors, quantities, and types) carefully before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for non-defective products under any circumstances due to the nature of the goods. 

Refunds for Defective Products

A refund will only be processed if a product is technically determined to be defective (e.g., manufacturing defects, damaged packaging upon arrival, or spoilage). 

To request a refund for a defective product, you must provide clear evidence of the defect, such as:

•  High-quality photographs showing the product batch number and the defect. 
• A clear video demonstrating the issue (e.g., consistency or application issues).

Note: This evidence must be submitted to our customer support team for review. The refund will be approved only after our technical team has verified the defect.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our customer support team promptly via the methods listed below.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is officially approved by our team:

• The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
• The refund will be processed within 24 hours of approval.
• You will receive an email notification once the refund has been successfully processed.

Return Policy 

We do not offer any returns on any of our products.

2. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your products safely and on time.

• Delivery Timeline: All products purchased via Rangfacttree will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Coverage: We currently ship to select locations. Please check availability during checkout.
